Meet Britney

My name is Britney. I was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and now reside in Atlanta, Georgia. I’ve been a nurse for nearly 15 years and have worked in almost every specialty, including extensive experience in high-stress clinical environments.

In 2020, during the height of the pandemic, I reached a breaking point. Burned out from ER nursing, navigating deep personal loss, and silently struggling with declining health, I knew something had to change. Despite outward success, my body and spirit were unraveling.

I faced persistent GI issues, weight gain, skin problems, emotional exhaustion, and disconnection from my purpose. Medication helped stabilize me — but it didn’t answer why my body had reached that point.

So I went deeper.

Through research, education, and intentional application, I discovered that these symptoms were not isolated — they were connected. As I addressed root causes, my health, clarity, and confidence began to return. My faith was strengthened in ways I can’t fully put into words.

Today, what once felt like my greatest pain has become my calling.
